we offer two destination wedding packages to suit your needs…

Full Wedding

With our full wedding planning service you’ll be reassured that our knowledge, guidance and efficiency will extend from the initial planning process and throughout each of your wedding events.

From designing your wedding, selecting your dream venue, and sourcing ideal caterers through to on-the-day management, our full wedding planning service will ensure you have the most perfect destination wedding imaginable.

General Planning

We will arrange a phone call or meeting to learn more about you as a couple and discuss all aspects of your wedding.

Throughout the process, your planner will be available to answer wedding related questions via phone and email during their regular business hours. You can expect a response from your planner within 48 hours during the working week.

Supplier Selection

We will recommend multiple suppliers to you, attend meetings when required (e.g for food tastings) and once you have selected we will review and secure the contracts. Throughout the planning process we will work with your suppliers to coordinate logistics and details related to their services.

Budget Projection

Based on your ideal budget, we will project a detailed budget for the wedding day. We will keep track of supplier payments, send reminders when payments are due, and update the budget during the planning process.

Venue Selection

We will recommend up to 10 venues that fit your style, location, and budget. We will assist you to narrow down options and schedule and attend up to 2 venue tours in your chosen destinations.

Cake & Desserts

We will recommend 2-3 suppliers for your cake and then schedule up to 2 cake or dessert tastings with you with your selected cake supplier.


We will work with your selected hotel and in-house chefs and also identify if we need to bring in an external chef to meet your cultural dietary requirements.. We will schedule and attend your catering tastings with you when finalising your menus for each event. During this we will ask the essential questions, share suggestions and take detailed notes.

Beverage & Bar

If beverage services are needed, we will work with you to create a bar service menu for the wedding day. We will procure quotes from 2-3 beverage suppliers.

Photography & Videography

We will recommend 3-4 photography and videography professionals who fit your style and budget. We will schedule introductory meetings with suppliers to introduce them to the concept of your events.

Music & Entertainment

We will recommend ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception musicians based on your style, budget, and music taste. We will procure up to 2-3 quotes related to music.

Event Styling & Design

We will work with you to create a shared inspiration board via our in house design studio. We will share feedback and ideas on the colour palette, décor, and wedding details. We will use the inspiration board and our shared ideas throughout the planning process when choosing flowers, linens, décor, stationery, and cake design.


We will recommend 2-3 floral designers who fit the wedding style and budget. We will schedule and attend up to two floral consultations with you. During the consultations, we will ask relevant questions about the supplier’s services, give input on the floral design, and take detailed notes. We will schedule and attend a floral centrepiece mock-up meeting with you if desired.


We will recommend 2-3 décor companies which may include décor, draping, speciality rentals, and lighting professionals. We will schedule and attend up to two consultations with you via zoom and ensure that the decor fits the overall theme of your wedding.

Invitations & Stationery

We will recommend 2-3 stationery companies who fit your desired style and budget. We will schedule and attend up to two consultations with you via zoom. During the planning process, we will work with the stationery company to assist with wording and design for your wedding stationery. We will also review mock-ups of stationery items and give feedback if needed.

Hair & Makeup

We will recommend 2-3 makeup artists and 2-3 hair stylists who fit your desired style and budget. You will review their portfolios and discuss details over the phone with these suppliers. We will ensure a trial run is arranged for you to attend with each beauty vendor. On the wedding day we will coordinate timings of their services for you and the bridal party.

Wedding Officiant or Priest

We will recommend 2-3 wedding officiants or ministers who fit your desired ceremony style. You will meet with these professionals or discuss requirements with them over the phone. We will give advice and feedback to help you make a final decision if needed.


We will procure up to 3 quotes related to wedding day transportation services for guests and the bridal party. We will review these quotes with you and give feedback if needed.

Guest Accommodation (where applicable)

We will recommend 3-6 accommodation options for your wedding guests and enquire about special room rates for the wedding. After you decide on the accommodation selections, we will work with the selected properties to secure the contract(s) for special group rates or for contracted room blocks. We will assist with questions related to guest accommodation.

Miscellaneous Details

We will share resources and ideas for wedding-related details, such as guest books, favours, signage, personalised décor details, and welcome bags, if desired.

Wedding Day Coordinator

Wedding Day Coordinator includes creation of detailed wedding day schedules, scheduling and attending the final walk-through meeting at your reception venue, confirming final details with all suppliers, running the ceremony rehearsal, and coordinating the wedding day.

Online Planning Portal

As a client of Destination Snob, you will have access to an online planning portal that has planning checklists, your detailed budget, copies of your vendor contracts, meeting notes, photos from any mock-ups, and other tools to help you throughout the planning process.

*Travel costs to include our flights, transfers, visas, meals and accommodation onsite for the duration of the stay and any on site planning will be met by you in addition to the planning fee are charged for.

You will have access to an exclusive destination wedding planning app which will hold all the key information about your wedding, making the planning process smoother. The app acts as a key communication tool with your guests who will be able to access the information about your wedding.
