For a seamless celebration that you remember for all the right reasons, you can rely on our experienced and efficient team to be onsite and take care of each of your destination wedding events.
We’ll build a comprehensive running order and brief all suppliers and venue staff, following a detailed meeting with you, leaving you and your family to relax, knowing that your wedding is in safe hands.
Your wedding planner and assistant(s) will be onsite for up to 12 hours on the day of your wedding. The planner’s arrival and departure times are listed in the wedding day schedule and are determined by the wedding planner. Throughout the day, we will use the wedding day schedule to manage the timing and events for you, your guests, and the supplier team.
Email and Phone Support
45 days prior to your wedding, your planner will be available to answer wedding related questions via phone and email during their regular business hours. You can expect a response from your planner within 48 hours during the working week.
Approximately 45 to 60 days prior to your wedding a meeting (of up to 2 hours) will be held to review wedding day details, timings and the services that will be provided by your contracted event professionals.
Wedding Day Schedule
Following the Details Meeting, we will draft a wedding ceremony and reception schedule along with a checklist of the set up of wedding decor and details that we are responsible for. You can then review these documents and corrections will be made within 5 working days.
Create a Wedding Supplier List
We will compile a list of all your contracted wedding professionals with their contact information on our supplier tracker.
Introduction to Your Supplier Team
We will contact your supplier team approximately 45 days prior to the wedding to introduce ourselves as your wedding day coordinators.1
We will supervise the ceremony and reception set up with your supplier team. We will set up small decor items and details including wedding favours, place cards, menus and seating charts.
Coordinate the Ceremony
We will assist with the line up of the wedding processional, including family members and the bridal party. We will cue the ceremony musicians if needed and direct the individuals involved in the processional.
Coordinate the Reception
During the ceremony we will work closely with the key suppliers to stay on schedule and smooth transitions for you and your guests throughout. This includes coordination of the grand entrance, first dance, speeches, cake cutting, and any other events scheduled to take place.
Supplier Team Lead
We will be the main point of contact for the contracted event professionals on the wedding day. Using the agreed schedule, we will answer any questions and make our best efforts to stay on schedule throughout.
